Sara Cambladh is one very talented individual and a founder of a completely fresh Swedish brand called Filemon Kid. She is originally a shoe designer but after having two kids she developed a passion in drawing animals and animal prints. She then decided to transfer those on to children’s pieces of clothing and as there was too much interest to ignore she decided to do something about it.
Now here it is – her first collection of sweaters, one-pieces and t-shits for kids from 1 to 7 years made from organic cotton and printed with save, water-soluble inks.
She generously sent Tila a few pieces to try out and when they arrived guess who got excited the most? Papa bear! Tila of course had to change right there and then but I have never seen our papa getting so excited over kids clothes. And trust me when I tell you he is not the type that gets excited over those very fast. If there is such a type anyway.
I don’t know why but before I got to see the clothes in person I thought the material of the sweaters is kind of thin but it really isn’t. It’s quite thick actually and washes perfectly! I absolutely love the quality of both material and the prints.
What’s one’s your favourite?
